The furniture is crafted from lightly stained Birdseye Maple and Bubinga, creating a beautiful combination of distinctive natural grain, warm color, and classic Art Deco geometry.

The Olympus House, Katoomba

Built in 1940 near Echo Point, The Olympus House is a striking example of Streamline Moderne and Art Deco architecture in Katoomba, New South Wales.

Designed by architect G.N. Kenworthy, also known for Sydney's iconic Cremorne Orpheum, the home was commissioned by the Simos family, proprietors of the celebrated Paragon Café on Katoomba Street.

The two-storey residence features distinctive curved forms, streamlined geometry and nautical-inspired details characteristic of the period.

The house is set within historically significant gardens associated with renowned landscape designer Paul Sorensen, including a distinctive Corinthian-columned pergola and summer house.
