Birdseye Secretary Desk This is another of my custom commissions where I worked very closely with the client. He picked out a secretary desk on my site and then combined the details of two other pieces I built to come up with the final design of this desk. It is made of Birdseye Maple, Sapele, Ebony, Wenge and solid brass hardware. Lights were installed in the desk and the upper cabinet, which has glass shelves and a touch switch to activate. The glass used on the doors is called Artique, a beautiful textured clear glass. |
